Happy Father's Day!

Here's a Riley card for all you fathers celebrating today!  The image is Riley's Band and the sentiment was computer-generated.  Love the little one at the end playing the flute as it reminds me of our granddaughter, Liz!

It's a Riley Card Bonanza!

Don't you just love Riley card bonanzas!  I have a few cards for you today.  I needed some graduation cards so I had to get out my stamps and get to work!  I love both of these Funnybone stamps which are so appropriate for graduates.  The one on the left is Life Holds Special Magic and the one on the right is Make Your Parents Proud.  Love these cards even though they don't look like a traditional graduation card.

My next card looks more traditional for the graduate.  I used the image called Holding Diploma Riley. It's a good feeling to have my graduation cards finished!

Since we are in the middle of baseball season, I decided that would be my theme for my next card.  I used Baseball Riley on it.

Check out what others have created on the Riley blog.  While there, also look for info about the new Karen Burniston dies in cahoots with Riley.  OH MY!!! You will love them!!!

New Dies in Town!!!

To any of you who love dies as much as I do--you will be pleased to know that Karen Burniston is in Cahoots with Riley and Company!  They have new dies that are getting ready to ship on June 1--and you won't want to miss them.  You can check them out at

My first card uses Snowman Twist Circle and the Hills die from the Nature Edges.  The outside is cute--but the inside is even cuter.  See the second picture to see the card opened up with a sentiment called The Weather Outside is Frightful and the Wine Glass Die.

My second card is a shaker card made with Cupcake Pop-Up and Happy Birthday to You from Word Set 2/Birthday.

Stay tuned, as I have lots more dies to use.  I'll be back when crafting time is found.

It's a Riley Card Bonanza!!!

I have two cards for inspiration for you today.  The first one is perfect for one of the hardest groups to create for (in my opinion)--little boys!  I used Pirate Riley and die cut letters to spell that pirate phrase--AARGH!  With a skull embellishment, I thought it was just perfect.  The second card uses such a sweet sentiment (Be a pineapple. Stand tall. Wear a crown and be sweet on the inside).  I found these little pineapple embellishments which paired up perfectly with the designer paper I had.

Thanks for looking!

Riley Release--Day Five

The last day for this new release.  Don't you just hate to see it end.  Be sure not to be left out--go to the store and check out the stamps, dies, sentiments--and specials!!!

My first card for today uses a new sentiment--Aspire to be the person your dog thinks you are.  I paired this up with Tucker the Dog.  I always love adding googly eyes to this image. This card also uses one of the circle dies which I am SO pleased to have.  There are squares, circles, and ovals--and it is so easy to use them when crafting.

My next card is an accordion fold card, again using the circle dies.  The images I used are Bubbles Riley abd Bouncy Ball Riley.  The inside of this card shows the new sentiment--Some people outgrow childish shenanigans. Some of us master them!  Love it!!!

And my last card for this release uses one of the wonderful new Mushroom Images paired with
Car Riley.  The inside of the card says "I'm a craftaholic on the road to recovery. Just kidding, I'm on the road to the craft store."  Haha--how true!!!

This release has been so much fun for the DT members; I hope you too have enjoyed it.  Be sure to shop!!!

Riley Release--Day Four

The brightest spot in my life right now is the fact that our pool opens at the end of this month--and I can't wait.  My first card for today makes me even more anxious.  I used Dress Up Riley with some of his new clothes and accessories.  Doesn't he look like he is ready for the beach?  (So am I!)

I love my coffee--and this next sentiment shows that.  Coffee because crack is bad for you!

Tanya had a beer mug stamp before--but now there is a die!  Makes it SO much easier.  My last card for today uses this beer mug on a slider card which says bottoms up (wish I knew how to post a video, because this mug looks so cute sliding across the page).

Riley Release--Day Three

Hello Again! So glad to see you back here.  What fun this release has been.  Hope you are enjoying it as much as I have.

My first card uses one of the Retro Folks images called Midge Winking. She's winking because of the sentiment on the card.  It states "It's no longer "Box wine.: The classy term is "Cardboardeaux."  Isn't that perfect!  The sentiment is stamped on Rectangle Word Die. I love using those dies for sentiments!!!

Next I made a recipe card (I send these to our granddaughter who lives away from here so she has some recipes from home!).  These lemon squares are one of my favorite desserts.  Dress Up Riley is colored and cut out with die and then accessorized with Kiss the Cook apron, spatula, and chef hat from the new accessory stamps and dies.  How cute!  Hope Liz enjoys this recipe.

Last is a card which uses a sentiment that was made for me.  It says "get up, get coffee, be happy".  I have just discovered iced coffee--and this sentiment is certainly correct.  The background is made with alcohol inks.

Check out the shop with specials--and come back tomorrow. While you are there, check out the info on card kits.  What a deal!!!
