It's a Riley Card Bonanza!!!

I have two cards for inspiration for you today.  The first one is perfect for one of the hardest groups to create for (in my opinion)--little boys!  I used Pirate Riley and die cut letters to spell that pirate phrase--AARGH!  With a skull embellishment, I thought it was just perfect.  The second card uses such a sweet sentiment (Be a pineapple. Stand tall. Wear a crown and be sweet on the inside).  I found these little pineapple embellishments which paired up perfectly with the designer paper I had.

Thanks for looking!

Riley Release--Day Five

The last day for this new release.  Don't you just hate to see it end.  Be sure not to be left out--go to the store and check out the stamps, dies, sentiments--and specials!!!

My first card for today uses a new sentiment--Aspire to be the person your dog thinks you are.  I paired this up with Tucker the Dog.  I always love adding googly eyes to this image. This card also uses one of the circle dies which I am SO pleased to have.  There are squares, circles, and ovals--and it is so easy to use them when crafting.

My next card is an accordion fold card, again using the circle dies.  The images I used are Bubbles Riley abd Bouncy Ball Riley.  The inside of this card shows the new sentiment--Some people outgrow childish shenanigans. Some of us master them!  Love it!!!

Opened:

And my last card for this release uses one of the wonderful new Mushroom Images paired with
Car Riley.  The inside of the card says "I'm a craftaholic on the road to recovery. Just kidding, I'm on the road to the craft store."  Haha--how true!!!

This release has been so much fun for the DT members; I hope you too have enjoyed it.  Be sure to shop!!!

Riley Release--Day Four

The brightest spot in my life right now is the fact that our pool opens at the end of this month--and I can't wait.  My first card for today makes me even more anxious.  I used Dress Up Riley with some of his new clothes and accessories.  Doesn't he look like he is ready for the beach?  (So am I!)

I love my coffee--and this next sentiment shows that.  Coffee because crack is bad for you!

Tanya had a beer mug stamp before--but now there is a die!  Makes it SO much easier.  My last card for today uses this beer mug on a slider card which says bottoms up (wish I knew how to post a video, because this mug looks so cute sliding across the page).

Riley Release--Day Three

Hello Again! So glad to see you back here.  What fun this release has been.  Hope you are enjoying it as much as I have.

My first card uses one of the Retro Folks images called Midge Winking. She's winking because of the sentiment on the card.  It states "It's no longer "Box wine.: The classy term is "Cardboardeaux."  Isn't that perfect!  The sentiment is stamped on Rectangle Word Die. I love using those dies for sentiments!!!

Next I made a recipe card (I send these to our granddaughter who lives away from here so she has some recipes from home!).  These lemon squares are one of my favorite desserts.  Dress Up Riley is colored and cut out with die and then accessorized with Kiss the Cook apron, spatula, and chef hat from the new accessory stamps and dies.  How cute!  Hope Liz enjoys this recipe.

Last is a card which uses a sentiment that was made for me.  It says "get up, get coffee, be happy".  I have just discovered iced coffee--and this sentiment is certainly correct.  The background is made with alcohol inks.

Check out the shop with specials--and come back tomorrow. While you are there, check out the info on card kits.  What a deal!!!

Riley Release--Day Two

So glad you came back!  Today's cards were fun to create!  My first one features Super Moose.  I thought he was perfect for use with this new sentiment "No One is You. And that's your power."  The circle die is also new this release, along with squares and circles.  I am SO pleased to see these added to the line.

Next is a step card that features Dress Up Riley wearing a "cheers" shirt from the Valentine/St. Patty's Day accessory stamps.  I thought he went very well with the new sentiment (I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade...And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party."  Perfect!!!

Next is a new sentiment--"Inhale the future. Exhale the past."  Good advice for all of use!  I used a stencil to create the design on the right of the sentiment.  Sometimes just sentiment cards are the way to go--and with this sentiment, I thought that was the case!

Again these stamps and dies are available right now!  Be sure to check out the shop to find specials that are in conjunction with this release.  Order--and don't miss out!

Riley Release--Day One!

I have been so excited to share this release.  Tanya has done such a wonderful job.  I met with Joy, another Riley DT member--and we had a ball creating for this release.  Each day (today through Friday) I will be sharing three cards with you--plus other DT members will also be sharing.  Be sure to check out the other projects created.  One is cuter than the other!  (Links on Side of blog).

My first card is so close to my heart as I am definitely a summer person.  I created a box card chock full of summer inspiration.  I used Dress Up Rileys with accessories.  Aren't those Rileys adorable playing baseball, enjoying life at the beach, and gardening at home.  Oh how you will love this release!!!

Next is a lighthouse card.  My husband and I often do beach vacations, and we love nothing more than checking out area lighthouses.  This image of part of the Mushroom Lane series--and it is definitely a winner.  I paired it up with a sentiment that says "You remind me of all that is good and bright and beautiful in this world."  I love the lighthouse with this sentiment!!!

My last card for today is my favorite.  I am a cat person (you will notice that I always color my cats to look like a Siamese since we had a cat who looked just like a purebred Siamese).  Burt is so much fun popping out of this wine glass! Burt and the wine glass are new dies this release--and I LOVE them!!!

Be sure to go to the Riley store and check out this release.  There will be specials listed there--and you want to be sure and order.  Don't forget to come back tomorrow for more inspiration!

Happy Birthday

We are going to a birthday party for 4-year old twins--Nick and Lily.  These two are SO cute and totally deserve the tags I made and added to their presents.  I used Dress Up Rileys with accessory stamps and dies. It just doesn't get any easier or cuter when using these Riley products.  Check them out; you will love them!!!

Be sure to come back and visit on Monday as Riley has a new release scheduled for then.  You won't be disappointed!!!
